Our Story

Brince Realty LLC is led by Broker/Owner David Hagan.  David has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in nearly every facet you can.  He has been a licensed broker for over 13 years in both the Indiana and Florida markets.  In addition he worked as a licensed home inspector, completing over 5500 home inspections.  David also  completed the Indiana state appraisers certification course and has bought and sold, personally, numerous investment homes since 2000.  All Brince Realty agents and brokers go through a training process that benefits from this experience and includes a more diverse and well rounded program than most typical brokers and agents experience.

For those wondering where "Brince" comes from....

its David's, his father's, his son's, and three cousins' middle name.  All having been given the name from his grandfather, Harold.
