Dan Gierlach brings over 35 years of local knowledge to the Brince Realty Florida office.  Dan's sales experience and personal touch make him a valued asset to our team.  Dan, originally from outside the Pittsburgh area, first came to South West Florida in the late 70's.  Dan spent a large portion of his time in Florida in the golf industry and was the women's golf coach at USF.  Nowadays you can also find Dan on the local comedy stages from Tampa to Ft. Myers.  No question Dan has the kind of personality and experience to serve his clients well.
